Knitted Scarf
While Stacy was in town at Christmas we hit a couple of the local yarn shops - Odd Ball Yarns at 21st and Woodlawn and my favorite Twist in Delano on Douglas. While at Twist we saw a delightful new yarn called Cha Cha by Trendsetter. This yarn is wool, acrylic and Polyamide and made in Italy. The yarn looks more like a ribbon with an edge along one side. To knit it you put the needles through the edge and it ruffles as you knit. You knit every row over and over so it can't get any easier. I loved working with this yarn and had such fun making a quick and easy scarf. I think I had it done in a couple of days and it is very pretty. The only negative about this yarn is the price but I had a 25% off coupon which made it much more reasonable.

Sandy -- I'm enjoying that you are posting a bit more regularly now. Nice keeping up with you and yours!! I just wish that I had taken advantage of your knitting "classes"!! Don't get me wrong -- I have plenty to keep me busy, but am thinking that I would love to knit! Any suggestions on where to take classes?
