We spent the 4th of July at the Trailerhood with Jimmy and his family. They stayed in our 5th wheel, parked next to the trailer so they could go camping. Izzy wanted to sleep in a tent, but it was a little too warm for that. We had a great time, wading, fishing, Jimmy shot his bow to the delight of the girls, had watermelon, homemade ice cream and fixed s'mores on the fire pit.
We also so many deer - the first day we saw five big bucks in the wheat field next to us at 9 in the morning. We were very surprised at the number of deer we saw during the daylight hours.
